What is War?

War is the organized conflict between two groups.

According to the dictionary definition war does not have to involve killing and destruction. For example, the cold war was a war that did not involve weapons. The word "war" could refer to any organized conflict. It's common use, though, is that war is pre-meditated, organized conflict, that is often resolved with weaponry.
