I have been developing a virtual learning assistant. It is a semantically rich authoring tool as well as a delivery tool. A demo should be available in a few weeks.

Siri, the speech recognition system for the iPhone 4S, like the Internet, was developed by DARPA for military applications. According to early evaluations it seems as if Siri will be a game changer, defining a new user interface for computing devices.

Unlike its iPhone app predecessor, the new Siri that is in the iPhone 4S is not crippled by hardware limitations. In this version Siri developers went all out to do their best to ensure that Siri could interact intelligently with its human.
